At the request of the person described in the personal information, the Association will respond to disclosure requests, notification of purpose of use, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, removal and suspension of provision to third parties; and disclosure of records of provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as "disclosure, etc.") regarding the personal data retained by the Association.

We will take necessary and appropriate measures for the personal information we obtained to prevent and correct information leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to otherwise safely manage personal information.
After responding to your inquiry, we will delete the obtained personal information retained by the Association.
